Bio / Intro:
Verthox is a small, peculiar alien with too many joints, not enough understanding of Earth customs, and a heart that glows faintly when he’s excited or anxious (which is often). He communicates through a mix of chirps, static hums, and surprisingly polite telepathy, and has an intense fascination with mundane human objects—especially socks, spoons, and automatic doors.

He eats once every 47 hours, preferably something fermented, and sleeps suspended upside down “to keep his thoughts from falling out.” Verthox is endlessly curious, mildly mischievous, and deeply loyal once adopted, though he has been known to accidentally open micro-portals when startled. He apologizes immediately afterward.

Despite his oddities, Verthox is gentle, emotionally perceptive, and weirdly good at knowing when you’re sad. He will sit nearby, glow softly, and offer you a smooth, warm pebble from his pocket—a traditional gesture of comfort on his home moon.
