Currently we only post within Australia, If you require international post please contact us.

Parcels sent by Onyx Castle are sent via regular Australia Post unless additional coverage i.e. express post, registered or insurance is requested and additional costs paid.

Postage charges are calculated using the Australia Post Shipping Calculator Estimator, the minor additional amount added to this cost (usually only few cents) goes towards additional costs incurred by Onyx Castle to post orders, example packing materials/fees.

Due to our rural location Onyx Castle posts twice per week on a Tuesday and Friday with the exclusion of public holidays in NSW. All completed purchases prior to 5pm AEDT will be posted out in the next available postage run. Onyx Castle cannot assume responsibility for any delays caused by public holidays, Australia Post services or any circumstances outside of our control. If you would like an estimation of delivery please contact us or check the Australia Post website.

We will often use recycled materials such as bubble wrap and other packing material to ship your purchases. This means less waste and environmental impact but it also helps keep postage costs down.

Onyx Castle holds no responsibly within Australia or internationally for undeliverable orders placed by customer entering incorrect personal information name/address at checkout. Please email us admin@onyxcastle.com.au immediately so we may be able to correct any errors prior to shipping your order. Onyx Castle assumes no responsibility for lost/stolen parcels.
